As was said so eloquently by club member Rick Beverstein, great years run from one great president to another, and thus the baton was passed continuing a legacy of community engagement and service from Green Bay West Rotary President Bob Faulds to Mark Swiecichowski.

Admittedly, the coronavirus pandemic has shortened our vision, clouded anything that really happened before the virus quarantine. Peeling back the calendar pages, its clear to see, it was a great year under Bob’s leadership – which began with the birth of Bob’s daughter just hours after being installed as president – and was marked by strong club communication and camaraderie that produced active community engagement and service. Some notable activities include an outstanding international visit of health care workers from Azerbaijan, a strategy to grow the club’s endowment to provide greater support to our community, a campaign to support our local businesses and nonprofit organizations during the coronavirus quarantine and persistence throughout the quarantine to continue to meet virtually with strong club membership participation.
Under the leadership of Mark Swiecichowski, we look continue to grow and engage our membership, build a community support through a flagship fundraising event, log 1,000 hours of service to our community and build on the legacy of past Rotary leadership with service above self.
Many thanks to all club members who have given of themselves to better our community, many thanks to Bob for his steady leadership over the past year as we put our support whole heartedly behind Mark and our future leaders to come.
